Complaints:

If you are not entirely happy with your recent experience, please raise a complaint by contacting ourcustomer service team at sales@willowebikes.com or by phone on 07446 938374
We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within areasonable time frame, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution. If we are unable to provide you with a final response within a reasonable time frame, we will send you a letter explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.

14 Day Rights

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

30 day rights:

Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later). After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.

Data protection and confidentiality:

  1. Ensure that all personal information shared by vulnerable customers is handled in accordance with data protection regulations and treated with strict confidentiality.
  2. Obtain explicit consent from customers before sharing their information with external agencies or organizations, unless legally required or in the customer's best interest.

Complaints and feedback:

  1. Provide clear information to vulnerable customers on how to make complaints or provide feedback, including multiple channels (such as phone, email, or in-person).
  2. Designate a dedicated contact person to handle complaints related to vulnerable customers promptly and sensitively.
  3. Regularly review and analyse complaints to identify areas for improvement in the vulnerable customer support process.

The G4i+ brings the benefits of the G4i up a notch, with carbon fibre PitStop® wheels for the ultimate e-bike build. As with the G4i, the G4i+ features some upgrades over Gocycle’s fourth generation base model, the G4. In addition to the new motor and lighter construction, the G4i also includes height adjustable handlebars to finetune the riding position, daytime running lights, and an integrated dashboard display providing a fuel gauge, speed, gear, and efficiency information plus Gocycle’s proprietary predictive electronic shifting technology.

The Motor

The latest iteration of Gocycle’s motor, the G4drive™, is a market-leading compact design, and the power delivery has been completely reconfigured to provide the smoothest ride yet. More torque at low speeds supports your riding when you need it most, during slow starts and on inclines, for natural-feeling pedal assist.

Years of development and countless test miles at Gocycle’s research and development facility ensure the G4drive™ performs to the highest standards of reliability. This truly is an e-bike you can rely on.

The drivetrain is entirely enclosed within the Gocycle frame, protecting it from the elements for minimal maintenance requirements – right down to the patented Shimano Nexus sequential gearbox.

The Fork and Frame

The G4i+ also features an all-new single-sided carbon fibre front fork. The smooth lines complement the Gocycle’s iconic monocoque frame while helping to reduce weight and dampen road vibrations. It’s been engineered with more vertical compliance for improved comfort whilst maintaining directional stiffness for precise steering and control.

Additional weight savings have been achieved via the new high modulus carbon mid-frame section. Joining the hydroformed aluminium front frame and Gocycle’s patented magnesium Cleandrive™ rear frame with this new carbon fibre section also improves the lateral rigidity to further enhance the G4i+’s handling.

The Wheels

Single-side mounting PitStop® wheels make puncture repair quick and easy, while their magnesium construction keeps the build weight down. For the G4i+, Gocycle have introduced a new MotoGP-inspired bespoke tyre. The tread pattern and lightweight casing infused with silica compound offers superior grip and sure-footed handling in all conditions. The wider design also provides a larger air cushion to take the sting out of poor surfaces for mile after mile.

The Battery

The Gocycle G4i+’s removable lithium-ion battery is seamlessly integrated into the G4i+’s frame. The 300Wh capacity provides a range of up to 40 miles (65km) (depending on pedal input) with 3.5 hour fast charging now standard across the entire range from Gocycle’s new 4A 36V Charger.

Portability

Thanks to its intuitive folding mechanism, the G4i+ can be folded and stowed in just 10 seconds. Once folded, it can be rolled along on its wheels for convenient transfers during multi-modal travel. The popular fast-folding system is even more robust for 2021 with the introduction of a single titanium pin that keeps the fast-folding joint perfectly aligned.

Information And Connectivity

The G4i+ handlebar features an F1-inspired dashboard display incorporating a fuel gauge, speed and gear information plus a discrete integrated USB port on the handlebar to enable phone charging from the bike’s battery when not in use.

The Gocycle G4 also hooks up to the GocycleConnect App, which provides customisable driving modes as well as useful activity statistics such as calories burned, maximum and average pedal power. Connection to the app has been improved with the inclusion of Low Energy Bluetooth.
