RETURNS – ONLINE

For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase.

If your item is faulty, please complete and include the Returns Form with your goods when sending it back to us. Please retain your proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse you the cost of the return for the faulty items. This will be done once the return has been processed.

For yours and our safety: if your items are glassware or ceramic, please email pictures to us and don't send anything back until we've been in contact with you.

For any returns, the original packaging and swing tickets, where applicable, need to still be in place.

Please note: Unfortunately, you can't return personalised or bespoke items, items which deteriorate or expire rapidly, or items that are sealed for hygiene reasons.

An upfront LED display contained within the integrated handlebar and stem provides power output, speed and battery information right where you can see it, keeping your head up and your eyes on the road.

The five assistance levels offered by the E-Going central motor unit make travelling long distances as easy as the flick of a switch. Neatly contained within the downtube, the 418Wh semi-integrated battery has all the power you need, putting up to 250 watts and 80Nm of torque at your fingertips.

All Day Mobility

For all day mobility and style the simple to use Shimano 1x 10-speed drivetrain, internally routed hydraulic disc brakes and plush 37mm tyres take the strain so you don’t have to. And don’t worry about how long you are out and about – the front and rear battery-powered lights mean you can hang out at the cafe as long as you please.

Front and rear lights, rear carrying rack and side stand are also fitted as standard so there are no extra costs after purchase.
